Edgartown village is one mile up the road. You can walk there, bike there, or take a nearby Island Transport Bus which first goes down to South Beach and then returns to Edgartown

In Edgartown the Island Transit Bus connects to all points on the Vineyard.

Downtown Edartown -- great place to walk, have a bite to eat, or shop.

Downtown Edgartown also has a movie theater.

Our aim is to do our best to provide a clean, comfortable, convenient and friendly home so you can have a great vacation!

We live in the heart of Katama, half way between

South Beach and the village of Edgartown, in an off street, quiet compound comprised of three homes each with its own privacy. Specifically, the three homes are: 1) a Cape Cod style home in which we live, 2) a 4 bedroom Gambrel style home and 3) a 2 bedroom Gambrel style home.

We generally rent our 4 bedroom gambrel style

home Saturday to Saturday. Our 2 bedroom gambrel is meant for longer stays, namely 32 or more in length. Rentals 32 days or longer are not subject to the Massachusetts Lodging tax.

If you are interested in renting either or both of our Gambrel homes , using the below email form, please send your name, the number of adults/children, the available dates we have that you would like to rent and any questions you may have.

We will promptly respond and once dates and rates are firmed, we will send you a lease. Upon our receipt of a lease signed by you along with initial payment, we will block off those dates.
